Unopened, unused items sold by The Romance Self in new condition may be returned for a full refund within 15 days of the item being received. Items that are opened or damaged, or do not have a receipt may be denied a refund or exchange. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase in order to complete a return.

Books sold by The Romance Self in new condition may be returned for a full refund within 15 days of the item being received. We will not accept Book returns if customer did not enjoy it.
Return/Refund Policy for Events
You may get a refund on an event just as long as it has not happened yet. Please contact us at sale@theromanceshelf.com and we will help. Refunds will not be issued for events that have already passed.

To start the return/refund process, please contact our team at sales@theromanceshelf.com and provide your name, email and order number. If item was damaged during the shipping process, or arrived broken, we may ask for pictures.
Shipping for returns will be the responsibility of the customer unless it was an error on our part or product was damaged or broken during delivery. We are human and sometimes we make mistakes.
Once returns are accepted, refunds will be issued within 3 to 5 business days.
Stickers, bookmarks, and Kindle inserts are final sale and are nonrefundable.
